Returns
We hope you are 100% happy with your purchase from Duffy & Scott Candlemakers. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may send it back to us and we are more than happy to offer a refund.
- Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of delivery receipt.
- When returning non- faulty items, they must be in an unused condition and in their original undamaged packaging.
- Handle all goods with care when packing or unpacking and ensure that all products are packaged correctly as not to get damaged in transit, as any damages will incur a cost.
- Please send item(s) you wish to return to the following address with your order number (Goods returned with no paperwork enclosed will not be accepted for refunds.).

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item(s) and be refunded within 30 days (once all the above criteria has been met).
* Please note,
1. that post and packaging is not refundable, except where faulty items are being returned or your order was dispatched incorrectly.
2. that if you purchased your goods through one of our stockists then you will have to arrange a refund or exchange with them directly.
3. Personalised items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- If you are shipping items of high value (over €50) we recommend you send your returns by registered post and retain proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for goods being returned to us that are lost in transit.
- If we receive an item that is not in re-sellable condition we reserve the right to refuse the claim for refund, or deduct up to 50% of the selling price.
- Once we have received your returned items, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item(s) and be refunded within 30 days – once all the above criteria have been met.
- To cancel your order please contact the office: +353 (0)57 935 1089. Orders can be changed or cancelled at any time prior to being despatched. If the order is already despatched you can return the goods and receive a refund excluding the delivery costs. Refunds will be credited back to you in the original form of payment.
- If you purchased your goods through one of our stockists then you will have to arrange a refund or exchange with them directly.
Incorrect Items Received
In the event you receive an incorrect item in your order please:
- Email us at info@duffyscott.com and include your order number and a photo of the item.
- When returning the item(s), they must be in an unused condition, and in their original undamaged packaging. Please ensure that all products are packaged correctly as not to get damaged in transit.
Faulty Items Received
In the event you receive a faulty item in your order please:
- Email us at info@duffyscott.com and include your order number and a photo of the item.
- Any breakages or damages must be reported to info@duffyscott.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- When returning the item(s), please ensure that all products are packaged correctly as not to get damaged further in transit.
Sale Items
- All sale items are non-refunable and as final sale items, we regret they cannot be returned.
Personalised Items
- Personalised products are not eligible for exchange or returns.
